T4SC presents: Uncensored Truths

Our Theatre for Social Change piece has been one year in the making. Our Upper School students started writing this piece in our advanced theatre classes in January 2020 and then the pandemic hit which halted its performance. Since then six of our student playwrights were selected to have their pieces read during the height of the pandemic for Fantasy Theatre Factory’s ‘Together Part’ play reading festival last year. Now we are finally able to share it with you. We are excited for our student playwrights who will have their first reading as well as our advanced acting online courses who will be performing them this May. Uncensored Truths is full of brutally honest, heartfelt, and brave musings about life in quarantine, body image, mental health, drugs, fears, and hope for the future. **This play has mature subject matter that might not be appropriate for younger audience members.**
